New Album NEVER SURRENDER by HTTH

Playing in a band is awesome! Part of the job requires doing interviews for publications.  Often the first question that comes up is "Where do you work?"  As a musician and an artist, especially here in L.A., one must have a paying job in order to pay the bills.  I always like to make it real clear that my first job is playing keyboards for Heavenly Trip To Hell. Everything else is second.  I work as a legal secretary, I co-host Road Dogs TV and I am co-owner of No Regrets.  I know, that's a lot.  But my true passion and the real reason why I can do all of that is because of Heavenly Trip To Hell (HTTH)!

Personally, playing music gives me balance.  The style of music that we play is pretty hardcore.  It's a great way to relieve stress and get out any frustration.  But also, the music has something to say.  Gerardo Christ, lead singer, always says that our duty is to report what is happening on the streets through our music.  We must play our own music, we must record our own music and we must say what we want when we want.  This is exactly what we tried to capture in our new album NEVER SURRENDER. I have been trying to share this new CD for several weeks, after it was originally released on iTunes. Lucky for me, I work with a great team and they have just uploaded it to Spotify.  I typically shy away from promoting the music, but the truth is if I don't promote it myself, no one else is going to do it for me!  Thanks to Jose from Animas and the entire Road Dogs TV crew for making this happen! You guys rock!  Check it out.  here's the link to Spotify!

And check out the video to "Out of Control".

It's typical of record companies. They sign you because you're unique, and then they want to put you in a mold so they can sell records.  -Al Jourgensen
