2020 has been a marvelous year already. We started out the year at the Rainbow in Hollywood, we are being featured in a magazine from New York and we were part of this year's annual Martin Luther King parade last Saturday. I can't believe I am living this life! It's like a dream come true!
Hanging out with these babes at the Rainbow in Hollywood!
I am so grateful for 2019! So many projects got done and we ended the year with a bang! My band Heavenly Trip To Hell started working on a new album, we played over 20 shows, we got interviewed on DASH RADIO and we ended the year playing in Hollywood at the Rainbow for their New Years' Eve party. It was a great end to 2019 and an even better start to 2020!

Because of all this I get to do so much and I do lose sleep but like G always says, "We will get enough sleep when we die!"

Filming Road Dogs TV is always a blast! I love that we are able to showcase music, art and fashion from our point of view. The show is completely our own. We have no rules and we enjoy that. We produce it, we film it, we edit it. It's so much fun and I feel like we learn something new every time!
This time around, we invited Britney's Rage to come on the set and do their thing. They rocked out. We filmed their performance. We got some cool footage and great interviews!
Next up the Hustle Holix took it away with the Hip Hop corner. They always do their part to showcase the Long Beach hip hop movement. They collaborate with many artists so they always have special guests!
Finally, we wrap up the show and we always celebrate! Group pictures are a must. As well as high fives all around!

We were back in the studio on Saturday to film another episode of Road Dogs TV. I want to share with you guys what it's like to go behind the scenes and show all the action that goes on while we film. It is always a blast!
Working at Road Dogs TV is always very exciting. We do not have to answer to ANYONE so we basically just do whatever we want! The whole project started when Johnny Gunn hit up G about starting a TV show. G said yes. And the rest is history. We have total control of what guests and artists appear on the show. Currently we have been collaborating with the Hustle Holix who have brought in a hip hop segment based on the Long Beach hip hop movement.
We are so fortunate that more and more musicians and artists are joining forces with us. It is important to collaborate with different people because then we get different perspectives. Full creative control and freedom are so important when creating art.

Last Saturday G and I had the opportunity to go to Musink in Costa Mesa. Musink is a tattoo convention, car show and a music festival all in one. We got invited by our friends Oscar Andrade and Oscar Zaquinaula from Authentic Roots Tattoo. As I mentioned in a previous post, G has been managing the shop at Authentic Roots. (You can read all about it here). So, when G told me we were going to the convention, I got super excited! Right away we made a plan. Our strategy was to promote, talk to people, and film for Road Dogs TV. We were ready to go work!!! But, well, it's not really work when you love what you do!
We met up with Susie Q. She drove us out to the convention. From there we hooked up with Oscar Andrade and Oscar Zaquinaula at the convention. Right from the start we knew we were in for a treat. As soon as we walked in there was a car show. The cars were amazing.
Once inside, we set up shop and worked the booth for Authentic Roots Tattoo. Oscar Andrade and Oscar Zaquinaula spent all day tattooing. G and Susie Q passed out business cards and talked to everyone walking by. My job was to document the whole thing! I love my job!!!
We took breaks to walk around and talk to other tattoo shops and vendors. It's always good to cross-promote. We also bumped into so many of our friends who were either getting tattooed or tattooing! So cool!
We even got to see some of the bands perform. We promoted. We talked to so many people! Made some new friends. We ate. We drank. It was awesome! Here's what I was able to capture on Snapchat.
Thank you to Oscar Andrade, Oscar Zaquinaula and Authentic Roots Tattoo! So grateful for the opportunity! We had a blast! Here's a little video of our day at the convention. It will be airing on the next Road Dogs TV show. Catch Road Dogs TV every Friday night at 11 p.m.

I have been working with Road Dogs TV for a few seasons now and I love that every season we get stronger and stronger. The crew continues to grow and we continue to meet so many talented artists. In the beginning when we set out to do this, we wanted to do it to support up and coming artists. Well, we have definitely reached that mission and surpassed it! Lately, we have been getting bigger and bigger acts to stop by the studio! This is so exciting. This is what happens when you go out and start something. One way or another everything just falls into place. Check out the latest footage in this small trailer. Press play!
It has been a full year of Road Dogs TV! So many memories for 2013.
Find something you love and do it forever! We have been on TV for a year now. I can't begin to express what an accomplishment this has been for all of the Road Dogs TV Crew!!! I am so excited to be working with such a team of talented artists, musicians and just all around great people. This experience has given me a new love. It has made me stronger. Road Dogs TV has taught me to keep fighting and to keep moving forward. We are on our second year and have so many projects in the works! We accomplished so much in 2013. We will conquer 2014. xoxo
